Buttered Baguio Beans with Ham


Some people just hate vegetables for reasons their own; but, I guarantee you that this recipe will just keep you asking for more!

P.S. I don't have pictures of the procedure because I was experimenting on this dish, thus, READ the instructions well. It just turned out great so I decided to share it. By the way, you can change the amount of the ingredients based on your taste. 

Buttered Baguio Beans with Ham 
(Good for 4 persons)

Ingredients:

750 g Baguio Beans (Sliced)
1 cup Cooked Ham (Diced)
6 Tsp Butter
3 Tsp Salt
3 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
Water

Optional:
2 Tsp Maggi Magic Sarap Granules

Directions:

1. Level the water on the baguio beans in a pan. Add salt and oil, then boil until soft.
2. Drain the water.
3. Prepare the rest of the ingredients.
4. In a skillet, melt the butter and then put the rest of the ingredients. (Taste it and add your modifications; e.g. more salt/ pepper)
5. Stir for about 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot and with rice. Enjoy!
